General enquiries

For questions about a specific vial, include the lot number from the label. It saves a round trip.

Technical and analytical
[email protected]. For questions about chromatograms, mass-spectrometry results, solubility or storage.
If you believe a lot has not performed as its analysis suggests, tell us early. We keep retention samples from every lot and will re-run the analysis.
