Insulated liner and phase-change packs rated to hold below 8 °C for 72 hours, included in the delivery charge regardless of order size. Vials are individually sleeved and boxed against impact.

United Kingdom: standard delivery £6.50, next working day £16. Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day dispatch the same day. Prices are quoted excluding VAT, which is applied at checkout.

Elsewhere: quoted individually. Customs treatment of research chemicals varies and we will confirm before taking payment.

Photograph the packaging and the vials before doing anything else, then contact us. A warmed lyophilisate is usually fine; a broken vial obviously is not, and is replaced without argument.
