Terms of sale

All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are not medicinal products, foods, food supplements, cosmetics or medical devices, and are not supplied for human or veterinary use, consumption, or any clinical or diagnostic application.

By placing an order you confirm that you are eighteen or over, that you are acquiring the materials for legitimate research purposes, and that you will not administer them to humans or animals.

Purchasers are responsible for compliance with all applicable law in their own jurisdiction, including import controls. We may decline or cancel any order, and may require evidence of institutional affiliation before dispatch.

Material is supplied to the specification stated on the certificate of analysis issued for the relevant lot. We warrant conformity with that certificate and nothing further; no representation is made as to fitness for any particular research application.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
