Returns

Unopened, undamaged vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less the outbound cold-chain cost. Tell us before you send anything back, so the return ships with packaging that keeps it saleable.

Once a vial has been opened we cannot take it back, because we can no longer vouch for its chain of custody. The whole argument of this business is that the chain of custody is the product.

If analysis in your own hands disagrees materially with the certificate we issued, send us your data. We hold a retention sample from every lot and will re-run the analysis independently. If the lot is at fault we refund or replace it in full, and we withdraw the remaining lot from sale.
