Contact and delivery details, order history, and the research declaration recorded against each order. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.

To fulfil orders, to meet our own record-keeping obligations around who we supply, and to be able to reissue a certificate of analysis for material you received in the past.

Declarations are retained for six years. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it beyond the processors needed to take payment and deliver a parcel.

You can request a copy of what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Write to [email protected].
